Can someone provide some help as to the protocol for removal of the injection pump on a allis chalmers 175. There is a notch on the drive of the new injection pump. Do I just make sure notch is lined up on the gear etc. I am trying to gather information before starting. Pictures or video would be great.

Thanks for the help.

You need to edit the title or start over. Because of the diesel and AC model C do not go together. And when I read 175 in the post it now is a for real question. Sorry I don't have a answer for you, but the knowledge is here to help you. If we can get them to read this.

notch should match a dowel in gear. there is a timing line on the mounting flange that lines up with one on the engine front cover. Easy peasy!
