This 3 bottom is still in my Uncles Quonset 2 1/2 hours away.  We had it all ready to come with the WD when we hired my Uncle to haul it to Omaha, but he did not want to deal with it!  So, now, when we want to get it, it will be MUCH harder to load it without the tractor!

Great pics Butch.

Have a #84 plow for the D-19. Looks like you did not have to move your furrow wheel much on the #74 plow?

Wondering how much I will have to move the wheel out, cause its about the same spacing as your D-19 right now.

Don, The rear wheels on the 19 are one notch out from all the way in, mainly for tire/fender clearance.  The semi-mounted plow is a bit differant than your mounted plow as there is a large plate full of holes and a person can put the hitch about where ever he wishes. Mine happens to be set to leave the wheels all the way in. The plow book will give wheel settings for various setups I do believe? Gerald J  has way more books than I. If the wedges have been moved and not rusted tight it is no biggie andway. Take some sockets to the field and first round after the head land you will soon know where your wheels have to be by how your first bottom is cutting.

1953 WD with 2-16 snap coupler plow
Deutz Allis 9190 with 7-16 plowing away from fencerows.
Allis Chalmers WC (1938) with 2-16 AC plow in 1991. Paint was still tacky in spots on the tractor and the plow.

Brian, Growing up those old advertising flyers were plastered over my bedroom walls, my favorite one was the 185 pulling a 4 bottom model 2000 mono-frame

I like seeing them again thanks.
