The Fiat was built in a first world country though.  Although I don't know that particular unit well, I know the Fiat built Cockshutts and Whites up in Canada were a good machine.  The lines built in Czech, Brazil, and India are marketed as a cheap version of the regular tractor so the buyer knows already.  If the only tractor offered were a cheap version, I think it would downgrade the name.
Just my thoughts and worth what you paid for them!

I really don't see the point in painting a mahindra orange and calling it an Allis-Chalmers. It would be like trying to polish a turd. I'm afraid A-C is gone, at least let it keep it's dignity.
