below the last POST on this page there is a BOX on the left side that says "POST REPLY".. click on that and you will get a pop up box.. Click on the GREEN TREE ICON in the heading of that box... Click on the  CHOOSE FILE  box on the lower left of that pop up page... follow directions... 


Your photo should be 800 x 600 or so in size.. your camera will take 5000 x 3000 pixel photos and take up 5 mB of room.. This site will NOT resize for you.. Open your photo in PAINT ( on computer) or similar and RESIZE and store on your desktop.. then go get it from this site.
