NO,,JC and Chask,,,I ain't talkin bout no girlie pics this time,,altho it might be on my mind some,,,,,,LOL
Seriously,,,My 5 Sons and granddaughter have started a " chat" group  of sorts on the phones since the wife had the Amputation and has been a good way to keep everybody in the loop when you want to pass on some info without having to text everybody,,,, Works great with my 2 fingered typing,,,,LOL
Anyway, we been sharing some good info on the coronavirus that either comes from specialists as well as from my older Brother, an ER Dr in Milwaukee, Wi. Maybe I need a disclaimer here but still hopin others  can be helped by some these suggestions. EVERYBODY feel free to chime in with your suggestions as there is power in numbers,,Clap
My first one will, no doubt, be Shameless's favorite,,and that is to twice a day, gargle with one TBS vinegar in a glass of water, as the researchers have stated the first symtoms have been a sore throat and the virus multiplies in the throat. Just so ole Shameless knows,,I use my favorite,,Apple Cider Vinegar with a glass of water. If you do not care for the ACV, use plain salt and water.
Another symtom not being publicly stated too much is that many patients in Italy and Germany are experiencing a "No taste or reduced smell" condition, again, because of the virus gaining a foothold in the throat area,,,?
We have a couple of bottles of Mucus Relief DM, and some Tussin DM which have the Guifenesin ingredient that is suppossed to prevent the virus from attaching itself to the lungs, which results in the increased chest pain and decreased breathing ability. I got the "Equate" brand as all the other was sold out.
The MOST important one which ya'll hear every day,,is wash your hands every time you think about it, and never touch your face if you have been to town UNTIL you wash your hands a couple of times,!!
I hope this helps everybody here, and do not mean to be a worry wart or push my agenda on anybody,,,I just likes all of ya'll,,,,,,and wanna be able to shoot the chit after this is all over,,,,,Clap

We try to STAY HOME.. Watch the grandkids during the day. Drive to mcDonnalds twice a week thru the drive thru to get them chicken nuggets and yogurt, then come home to eat.. Last time i was at the grocery store was 2 weeks ago.. Think we can last another week.. I been ordering small things on line.  Dont want to go to local Farm Store or Auto Zone if possible.......... I use hydrogen peroxide diluted with water for mouth wash... Wash hands every hour i guess.
Like them all, but love the "B"s.

Steve if your using store bought 3% peroxide you don't need to dilute it, but don't swallow it because of the preservative etc. ingredients they use in it. I reduce my 35% food grade peroxide down with water so then it is ok for me.

See Joe, I can do it without pictures. LOL

I also have a nose sprayer I fill with 100 proof (only 50% alky) and do shots when out in the store (as little as possible). Every little bit helps, and the short slight burn ain't no Biggy.

Hang in there everyone. Thumbs Up

Oh and by the way,,I just read this on another site that I bother people at,,,,,WinkWink

If you want to bump up your immune system fast for a day - lunch to lunch. A 24 hour fast reboots your immune system. Why? As you fast your body uses up more white blood cells. After 24hours your body starts making more NEW white blood cells. NOT medical advice. Just a bit of information.....

I'm still working even though the county I work in was the first in Kansas to be shut down.
30% of the vehicles I get in are pretty nasty to begin with even before this virus thing especially if you have to work on anything on the inside. Hazard pay nasty.

I have a bottle of Purell and wash my hands 15 times a day or more anyway. I take precautions but it will take that one person and that one time I don't. I'm fine, the group I work with are fine.

Hey Fixer,,,Gosh,I feel for you and all the other people that face those conditions. If, you can find it, make you some "Spray" like for steering wheels, door handles, etc, etc of the vehicles you have to service. The COV.gov suggests a spray made of 12 Oz 91% Isopropyl Alcohol,  2 Tsp Glycerin, 1 TBS Hydrogen Peroxide, 3 Fl Oz Distilled water. Spray all doors, steering wheels, ignitions, gear shifts, chit spray everything,,!!
Seriously tho, better safe than sorry. Take care, my friend.

I just received this warning about the C-19 virus;   Do not under any circumstances take Ibuprofen,  it seems that ibuprofen kicks the virus into high gear!  Alieve is ibuprofen.  Is it true???  Better safe than sorry.  Tylenol is suppose to be safe.  It come off the internet so it has to be true.

One of the first things they asked my wife when she started Dialysis was,,,,,"Did you ever take any Ibuprofen?" I told em she had but not in last year or so. They ADAMAMETLY told her to STOP taking it and never take any More,!!
I asked if it was that bad,,Why had the government or FDA stopped the sale of it? The nurse told me,,,The Government KNOWS about it.   WTF,,,???
