Ok Facebook experts I am having an issue with marketplace and cannot figure it out. I am running two android devices and when using the app on the tablet I can see the thumbnails of items listed for sale but when I click on them to expand the screen will go blank, not all the time but most of the time and almost always happens after an item has been viewed once. This doesn't happen on the phone only on the tablet. The tablet also works OK of I open FB with my browser instead of the app. I have rebooted the tablet and reinstalled the app with no changes. I am guessing a simple fix but I am not swift enough to find it, thanks in advance!

In this area there are good deals, depending on what you are looking for! I have found several deals, the last being a tiller, 2 miles from me and the guy even delivered it! Would have never found it without marketplace!

I see differences in facebook with my PC and my phone. I never tried opening it up in mozilla on my phone, just use the app. I don't have a clue why the app would work right on one device and no t the other Wacko

because you're missing a piece of software.  Flash or something else.  I've run into that problem too, but there's no fix for it.  Android doesn't care, you are a handcuffed user.

My younger Bro is a true "Facebook Junkie" and posts on just bout everything,,,,Wink He turned me on to "The Marketplace" for lookin for stuff "ON THE LOCAL LEVEL" and I did get some dang GOOD deals on several different items,,,,,Clap
Whats botherin me is,,I was lookin for something and "messaged" a couple of persons bout their items,,and out of the blue I get some responses from other people tryin to lead me to some other posts for similar items,,,,, WTH,,,??? I guess I did not realize your posts can be seen by the many millions of other FB posters. Now,,,I ain't got nuttin to hide,,but neither do I want my dealings with a seller to be seen by every Tom and dick and harry in the world,,,,,, What am I missing and HOW do I fix it where my posts go ONLY to the seller I am dealing with,,,??? Is that even possible,,??

DJ.. tain't no such  thing as 'private' or 'one2one' in a social media format like Facebook, which is why I don't subscribe. 'they' collect all your data and sell to 3rd parties. I fyou post pictures be sure to delete the GPS data before posting ! Saw a guy show media why. He found the person who posted a picture, showed it to him and the person was NOT happy he'd been tracked down !

It may be in the Firefox settings.  Maybe it's not allowing pop ups?  Even on a Android device, FB has to use a Browser.  I always go thru settings on everything possible.  I usually find the problem, but probably couldn't find my way back to do it again.LOL

you have to be real careful using market place, Just answered an add for a 2005 airstream camper in excellent shape for 1000.00 , not far from me here in NY. Guy selling it is in Ma. Thought the price was to good to be true so I searched 2005 airstreams on marketplace and the same one came up in KY. same price, same pictures, different seller. First seller sent me a message asking for my personal info and I responded that I was curious about the other post. They have since both been removed.

I tried to follow the science, but it was not there. I then followed the money, and that’s where I found the science.

I too don't use or have facebook, twitter, Instagram, printerest, etcetera. I have enough stalking me going on in my life. If a online company wants my email or any other info before I can get a price look or info, I'm off to find a different vendor. I do get some spam and 1 is to much, also get some of those robo calls Dead too. So I can't answer your ? sorry.
