Wondering if I can get some assistance in identifying this tractoloader and hopefully a rough idea of the year.  There is a plate on it that states Construction Equipment Canada Ltd. Serial no. 568.  It has a slide canopy (it's off right now) which I haven't seen on any of the photos I've found so far...

It had a Buda 4 cylinder diesel engine in it at one time.  Hubby is now kicking himself for having the GM gas engine put in.  He'd like to put a diesel back in... Was running about 5 years ago but not anymore.

Check out the pics and give me some ideas.  I do have photos of some of the castings numbers if that helps.  No comments on it's condition, I'm not responsible for the state it is in!  Disapprove

I was looking at this thread http://www.allischalmers.com/forum/tl-20_topic105818.html and it mentioned a 4 cylinder diesel 4DI-344 as '57-'58.   '59 production year went to the 6 cylinder D-516.  Hubby definitely mentioned the 4 cylinder Buda.

Any numbers on the body that would be an indicator?
