Hello !!! I have a allis chalmers FP40-24 and trying to find a water pump for it . I have the parts manual and found a part number 4516957-0 which turned up nothing on the internet with that.

I send pumps out n have rebuilt that are hard to find or can not get kits for .

Forget the parts manuals and ag dealers nothing they might show works anymore, figure out what engine is in it and find a pump that looks like it will work, a good counterman in a parts store should be able to help you find anything you might need for it using industrial engine catalogs, I perfer CarQuest, but NAPA also has access to the right info if you find the right counterman. I have two Allis forklifts built in the sixties and parts have never been a problem, a challenge at times, but never a real problem.

If you have one that needs rebuilt, send it to Hite Parts Exchange in Columbus, OH. They will rebuild it for you. They're on the web.
