My neighbor has a HD6B with a six way plow that needs brakes and a few other things. He's 80 years old, so I said I'd help him work on it.  I'm not the  most mechanical and could really use a service manual to study first and then throughout the project.  Does anyone know where I can find one at?  Are all of the HD6 service manuals the same, or do I need something serial number specific?  Anyone have one that they are no longer using?

Since I am doing this for free, price is a concern as I don't want too much of my money wrapped up into it. Thanks for your help.

If it is lever steer and dry steering clutch it would be the same as HD5
