HD4 question

   Local HD4 is up for sale. Owner says it runs well, has some leaks. Has not been out of the barn in 25 years, but when parked had torque converter issues. Said now it will run, drive forward and back. 

If I bought it, how bad is torque converter replacement and can you get parts?
