if anything is available http://minnpar.com will have it.   they had the gaskets for my 16 final.  dont know about the rubber "bellows" on the spring loaded side, mine were still good if only uncemented on one side

go to the parts books here( http://www.minnpar.com/manuals.asp )  and look under allis chalmers construction/ dozers  for part numbers

Me -C,U,UC,WC,WD45,190XT,TL-12,145T,HD6G,HD16,HD20

A year or so back I checked with Minnpar on a seal(same one) for my 7G, they had zero and access to zero, none in the works as fr as they were aware as only AC used them, I did a p/n search as a internet search and located but one in CA with no other hits and bought it.  I suspect from here on out we will need to look at some sort of machining to fit some other form of seals or approach some manufacturer as to making them anew.

You'll want to check serial number.  Older models have 3/4" seal rings for inner sprocket seal, later models have 1/2" seal rings- change occurred around 13000 serial number I think...  Minnpar should have seal rings, or they can often be re-used if in good shape, you should still be able to get the boots and rubber gaskets.  I just finished doing a final on an old 11E a couple of months ago.  I do have a couple of new inner (old style) seal rings.  As far as I know the complete "seal kit" is no longer available.
