bacon jam? the old lady....ooooops.....i mean the loving wife brought home a jar of it, i haven't tried it yet...it's made by: TBJ, says it's the classic uncurred bacon jam. a sweet and savory spread. i'll let ya'll know more when i try it.

well...i tried it last night...had it with peanut butter on rye bread, it was good, really different, the verdict is still out yet, i'll try it on something else later today....

Stayed at a B & B in 1997 at Colorado Springs. The lady that ran it made as a special treat "bacon muffins'.  Man did they suck. After we got rid of the first batch at a gas station trash barrel she thought we liked them and we had to make a stop at the barrel every day.

now she brought me home a can of....cold infuse...a flavored cold water inhancer. looks like a bunch of dinky tea bags that you stuff into a bottle of cold water, shake it, and enjoy! the flavors are: blueberry, apple, and blackberry. haven't tried it yet, will let ya'll know!
