I have just finished restoring a 1962-63 H3. I cannot find an oil filter to fit my filter mount. They are all to big where they screw in. Does anyone have any suggestions.

Does it not take a Fram PH8a filter?

Fram filter you mentioned is the correct filter. Someone had changed mounts and i ended up with a NAPA GOLD 1051.  Thank you

Wix 51515 (PH8A cross) is a shown as a full flow (7-9 gallon per minute flow) filter. The NAPA 1051 (Wix 51051) is shown as a 1 gallon per minute flow. You may want to look into getting the correct base and filter.
