Parts manuals for them are available to view on Minnpar's site, if you want to start comparing part numbers.

My wife is works in a print shop and is making books for me tonight so I can compare H3/HD3/H4/HD4/653/652 etc..

H3 and HD3 are basically the same as a D-15 farm tractor power train. 653 is a heavier crawler.

the undercarrage parts are the same - track and rollers - the upper support roller is also but the tower it mounts to differe to inside or truck frame to outside location - sprockets are also - but hunting parts is going to be a needle in a haystack look to find parts
