First time I heard it, I think my grandfather told it to me...

That being said:

Veterinarian got him a new assistant, first job of the day was a sick (constipated) horse... vet made the diagnosis, got out a suppository, and a 1ft section of plastic pipe, tells the new assistant, to put the suppository in the pipe, pipe in rectum, about 4", and blow the suppository up the pipe, into the horse.  While you're doin that, I'll go out and wash my hands, and write up the bill.

Well vet does his washin and writin, and after a coupla minutes go by, the assistant comes out, a little green around the gills, coughin and wheezin. Vet slaps him on the back asks what's wrong, boy?  Assistant  swallers real hard, and manages to rasp out his answer, HORSE BLEW FIRST!Wink
