So I'm getting my g ready to combine some wheat and rye. I'm trying to see if you guys have any advice on the best settings to use? What size cylinder pulley would you recommend? And any other suggestions from you guys would be great! I'm just really used to my allcrop 60 and it's way different than the g....

Pick up an operators manual for that ser number. You'll be glad you did. They are very well written and the settings are close to right. Some tweaking required for "perfection". Think my A2 said 1100-1300rpm for wheat.Had chain drive cyl, used a small sprocket.

Cylinder pulley, smallest 1200 RPMs. Cylinder clearance 1/4, 5 concave. Air wide open or near so. Top sieve 5/8 to 3/4, bottom 1/4 to 5/16. MACK

i agree with mack; i will also add; don't trust the little gauges on the outside. open the trap door and measure the opening. i used a piece of wood, the same width as what i needed and brought cylinder down to that. then set you outside gauges!
