Been searching web for specs on this machine. What does book say the height of this E is. Each time I stop to put Penetrating oil on chains , nuts an bolts I forgot to measure the height of it. It does come with a cab.

January 1966 Gleaner E combine sales brochure list height WITHOUT CAB @ 8’-9.25”(105.25”) with standard drive tires 14.9-26.
I checked my Gleaner E OM serial # 1001&up, which states same height as sales brochure. Cabs were optional Stopler brands, not Gleaner. Probably best to measure your own combine in case of possible bigger tire options - 16.9-26 or 18.4-26?? Edited by AC7060IL - 03 Jul 2020 at 8:00pm |
