OK,last, last Saturday ( 27th) was Ron Buttrum's 79th BD (he's farmed her ALL of his life...son does too !)so I drove my Gleaner over and presented him with his 'new' combine birthday present, even had an exOPP police escort down the highway! He was totally surprisedand I KNOW the Gleaner's gone to a GREAT farm( whole barn FULL of 'orange' !)). There was also a box of 'B' parts though the new brake shoes are on teh shelf here..oops.
'She' who shall remain nameless, has bugged me for 8 years to 'get rid of the combine', so one has to wonder WHY it took ELEVEN DAYS (11) ! for her to see this HUGE friggin space in the yard next door. The space is , oh, say the size of a Gleaner A....
Now I have to admit I was surprised she did remember our anniversary(26) though.
Just dumbfounded tht sehe's walked past this HUGE empty space 2-3-4 times a day for 11 days...
oh well....
ain't life grand ?
Now I searching for a '3 point' adapter for my new ride, a B-112.

That was a really nice gift Jay !   Do you need a Gleaner E to fill that space ?  Happy Birthday Ron.  (He looks younger than his age)
Nothing is impossible if it is properly financed

yeah, right...Calvin... put me into the doghouse after it took me 7 years to get out !! The E would look real nice between Ron's A and R50 though !!
I've 'resevered' the space for an H3...kinda fit in with the D-14s, maybe 'she' won't notice as 'they all look alike' to 'her'.....hehehe

I can help! Friend in Waterloo is looking to send two H-3's to a new home. One with six way blade and one with a loader. I could be hired to haul. Both running. I would hate to see them in a salvage yard but I already have one. they could be parked in the same space as one 'A' combine. No need to re-arrange the yard.
