And Easter and our 58th wedding anniversary .  Winter Ain't over yet. It wasn't 58 years ago either.   We got hitched on the 14th of April and honeymooned in Florida.  Got up early to do the glass bottom boat thing in Silver Springs.  Being from Chicago we had a ice scraper in the glove box. Needed it to scrape frost off the windshield  to see to drive to breakfast.
Like to froze to death attending a Easter Sunrise service at Fort Lauderdale
2020 Easter weather forecast for Texas is a low of 39.  I have seen it frost here at 40. Hope to find enough frost blankets to cover all the tender garden vegies .
They say you can't fool a hickory tree. We shall see. They are just budding out and all the oaks have green leaves.

Congratulations Ken Clap You keep innerspring me with how tough you are,and Joe,an Dale aren't just push overs ether.LOL  I kept thinking of you fighting your battles back in 16 as spent most of that summer fighting in and out of the hospital too.

Yes I would like things warmer too. The fog loving son, living by the ocean planted his hot peppers (they don't do much in the fog at his house) out here on the ranch mid March and the frost got them and the tomatoes. Then the last day or so of March was 28 or so again. Now the oak trees are coming out so maybe next week after things dry up from this weeks rain.
