D-19 Make up oil cable

   I have been trying to get my make up oil for the three point hitch to work as it should. I have been through the hydraulic pump and the two shafts that come down through the torque housing from the traction booster lever and position control lever/make up cable. I have put the linkage back as it appears in the IT manual and from the agco parts books. Im lost fellas!!!! The position control lever will turn the shaft clockwise(as it should) and it works correctly. Now when the three point raises it pulls the cable in an outward motion and pulls the linkage counter clockwise. Well this maybe correct but it never pulls around to make the shaft go clockwise the shove the relief valve closed. I have worked really hard to make this work with no sucess. If someone had a pic of there linkage under the fuel tank or advice for me would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks
