  Afew days ago were discusions on snap coupler chain and B engine lift rings.  I went out and got the info. I found a chain 2" longer off another 45.

Rich that lifting ring is neet!! I have never seen one, was it a "special tool" ? as in from some tool co. or was it AC?

It was in a pile of NOS AC parts I bought at Dales show auction , two years ago.

That is a factory lift for a B-125 power unit for when it had to be lifted to it's final destination. It didn't come on combine or baler units, mainly for commerical purposes. I have 2 of them. Bob

I have a tool made by a friend that uses the same method of picking up those 2 studs. Nice to see that was an approved method.

Thank you for the pictures on the lift eye. I made one out of a piece of angle iron and plate steel.  I notched it out for the filler neck and caught all 4 valve cover bolts
