This one came with the 712H I bought this summer.  No idea if it is complete or not...  I have no use for it.  It's at my farm now in central MO but I can bring it back home (St. Louis area) in a couple weeks.   I'm sure shipping would be very expensive compared to it's value so I'm not too inclined to ship it.  But if interested send me a PM or e-mail and make me an offer.  Mike
