It is homemade. Someone at the Renfro Valley show had a custom built RA Allis that was sharp.. Reminded me of that one.

It Is a power unit with Ford Model A rear end and trans?????

Power unit modified into riding tractor ? Then looks like it needs a little work on the starting problem.
