A Great Big Man pushing a wheelbarrow and a Giant Ice Cream Cone driving a convertible.

The big man is Carl "Buck" Mathes of Buck's Concrete of Corydon, Indiana.

It appears that everyone in the community eats very well, at least the politicians do for sure; I guess he is one of the fat cats of the community.
