just saw the news of his passing, I hate that, he gave it a good fight, didn’t care for a lot of his music, but really enjoyed his patriotic ones and his unwavering support of our troops and country. R.I.P. Sir. I’m sure a lot of red solo cups will be lifted in his memory!

He is one of the Country Artists I actually liked! I'd say nearly every song of his is great! Definitely gone too soon at only 62!

Just watched an interview    where he explained his song "Don't let the old man in"  It was inspired by Clint Eastwood.  Find the video on you tube, it is a great story.
