As with any used equipment you look to buy you need to do your 'homework' before you buy. Checking over general condition, if it was maintained reasonably well etc... The reason I mention this first is that some buyers skip this point and pay later. I have owned a Fiat-Allis FR-12 which is the same as the 605 and 545. It's an excellent machine in my opinion with many positive points. Depending on what type of loading you have in mind, whether it is mostly loading trucks or pushing snow may play into a more accurate answer for you?? I would own one again any day, providing it is in good condition.
