I'm making some real headway. Got the 262's rotating assembly together. When I torque the rods to spec, very few of the castle nuts line up so I can put the cotters in. What do any of you do in this case? Loctite? Stake the threads?

torque to the next slot that aligns; you'll notice very little difference in the reading.
