A good starting point is, lightly bottom both the load screw and the idle screw, then back out 1 and 1/2 turns. There is no factory setting that I ever heard of. Once the engine is warmed up to working temperature adjust as need to make it run the way you want. Dick L probably has his process in a word document so he can paste it here, as many times as this has come up.
