h4 allis gas

   does anyone know if the allis 180 or 190 tractor gas models has the same fuel pump as the h4 gas 2200 motor.  my pump went bad couple years ago.  been just using gravity flow. i need to replace it or install an electric pump which i have rated at 2psi.
