    Posted: 02 Dec 2021 at 9:12am
I'm looking for someone to help me get my D17 IV running, again.  The tractor is located in the Melrose, WI (54642) area.  I'm hoping that there is someone relatively close that is looking for something to do over the winter.  I've given up trying to fool myself, thinking I'll be able to do it.

What I'm looking to have done:
1. Get the tractor running
2. Install the 2nd set of remotes (I have the parts...or at least that is what I was told)

Transportation
1. The tractor has a loader and filled rear tires.
2. I am unable to transport it, so I would need assistance with that, as well.
3. The tractor is not located where I live so there will have to be some coordination on transport; meaning most likely on the weekend.

Backstory
A couple of years ago I tried to install a second set of remotes, but I ran into an issue with disconnecting the hydraulic connections under the deck.  I spent several months travelling back and forth applying a variety of products to loosen the connections, but could not get them free.  Eventually I gave up and reassembled everything.  Afterwards, however, the tractor failed to start, which has now been a couple of years.  The tractor has always been shedded.

Thanks,
Greg
