1st ,seems the coffee machine decides to NOT put the hot coffee water into the pot, instead went all over the counter.grrrrrrr.. NO COFFEE, arrrrrrgh 2nd, heard a faint drip......drip. now what. went to 1st floor bathroom, figure it's the 'new' shower head ? No, cause it ain't been used for a month....No, the water is dripping from the ceiling !!! I'm thinking, now, this is just a wild guess( member I ain't had my COFFEE !), that one of the dozens of connection in the 200' of copper in the upstairs floor/downstairs ceiling has sprung a leak....... yeah, the bathroom reno the 'contractor ' did 4 years ago. The same guy who'll be living next to me, next month.... think I'll goto the garage and hide out, Troy needs a head gasket.... Only in Canada, eh ?

Now that's not a good way to start any day. Hope there's not too much water damage and you find a new coffee machine quickly.

Cheapass chinese fittings have probably corroded through, no fault of your "contractor". I replumbed my sister's washing machine hookup (relocated to a different area). Fittings were leaking in about 16 months, every "flat" of the hex had corrosion all the way through.

Gee contractor really getting after the current job.
Just a guess the pardoner/girl friend is getting him moving on the current job. Since you gave her such a good deal on realest maybe she can help you get repairs made.

Don't confuse my personality with my attitude.
My personality is who I am. My attitude depends on who you are. |
