If it was "select" grade pine, that's about right.  Never seen "made in Sweden" on wood before, either.

Made by IKEA ???

cuple decades agook maybe 3, I was getting drywall from your area of the World...
Seems it was cheaper to haul boatloads of gysum out lake Ontario, St. Lawrence river, atlantic ocean to mill in NC or SC (same to me...) then haul drywall BACK to Canada.
Sad thing is the gypsum  mine is 27 minutes from me ....

As luck would have it , my 19 year old table saw drive belt just came apart . Found a receipt for  1" x 4" x 8' in my paper work . Cost $1.99 apiece back in 2002 . Oh well .

Yea, i was going to say a 1" x 6 " only 6 ft long was less than $4.    18 months ago.

The $75. sheets of 1/2 inch plywood have dropped to $55. at Menards... in last 2 months.  that was $20.    2 years ago.
Like them all, but love the "B"s.
