Old gal made home made cinnamon rolls tonight. I ate 4 of them. Had not had them for several years.

Oh if you didn't live so far away, I would come over. I love them, hot and goowie. The warming goodness of cinnamon, oh how it plays upon the tongue. I can almost feel that sweet icing as it lingers in the back of the throat, just waiting for some cold milk to wash it away. You get the Lucky Dog Award today.

Peel the rings off and eat them with a slice of cheddar cheese.  I never thought about pairing them up with anything because they are so good by themselves.  My Dad gave me that tip and I'm glad he did.  Outstanding combination.  Gotta be a good sharp cheddar, I get it from the dairy stores when I'm in Wisconsin.

One thing toward the top of the list!  SHARP Cheddar cheese is best!!!!  White or yellow.  Somebody needs a trip to the fridge....
