Hey all,

Mom and dad are up in Idaho and are getting the 8030 Power Director out for some dirt moving.

Clutch cable is stiff and will need replaced.

I got on Agcopartsbooks.com and found the 70264860 cable for the 8030, and that silly thing is over 300 bucks!

Consequently, the 8050 cable is 70276291 and is almost half the price. What are the differences between a 8030 and an 8050 that will keep me from using this cheaper cable?

Any info appreciated,
Thanks!

I needed one for an 8050 a while back and that cheaper cable wouldn't work. I had to get the more expensive one. I sent that old cable to Bunker Hill Cables in the hopes that they could reproduce it for future breakdowns. I don't see it listed in their inventory. The old cables some times have a part number etched in them. As far as I know, all 8000s should use the same cable.
