Not sure if it's been brought up before but what's the deal with decal placement on tractors made from at least 68-75? Both 200s and an original 170 I picked up last week have the decals way off as in crooked and not level. The 170 was purchased from the original owners wife and I was amazed how far off the hood decals were. Did the factory just slap them on coming down the line? All three tractors have the dealer decals and they appear the same way just slapped on with no rhyme or reason.

I agree with HD6GTom.  They were straight as an arrow from the factory.  Someone put new ones on at some point.  Too bad they couldn't be bothered to do a nice job...

That tractor has been painted, rear wheel hubs were not orange from the factory and the decals are on backwards.

That would definitely explain the crooked decals. I thought I might have bought a tractor that was built on Monday after a Packers game
