this is great information. Thank you very much.
I have the original manuals and parts manual but they are original and pretty hard to see. Lots of oil and grease on those pages. thank you again. |

on the threaded end of the shaft just in front of where it threads into the yoke there is a plate with bolts on either side that locks the shaft from turning. loosen those two bolts and turn the shaft to push front idler out.

Hello group.
I cannot find a good pic in the manual on adjusting the tracks on a HD16DC. It has the bolt type of adjustment an not one you use a grease gun on. Can anyone just walk me through the steps on adjusting the tracks. I know how much slack I need per the book, 1.5 to 2" at the support roller. Thank you. |
