It was a fine day to do some fine grading with a fine machine. This my friend Ross Dryden's D special. It has all the goodies including the range transmission. It was the one on the front cover of OAN at the GOTO in Milton last year.

Looking good Calvin. Ross has sent me several pictures of this machine as well as some others in your area. I am getting close to finishing some modifications to my D grader so that it can start to earn it's keep. I have added power steering using components from an sp combine and a separate ps pump. I am about to add a heel and toe foot throttle to make it easier to double clutch when shifting up or down when travelling on the road. I am still trying to find an angle gear drive for the power circle. This worm gear angle drive is common to the D graders, the M65 that followed and the FA65's so if anyone knows of a parts unit of any of these models with a good angle drive please send me an email. Thanks, Don
