I tried to look that part number up and couldn't find any number in my book that high. Maybe it was updated and my book is way old. Ryan

In my master parts book it lists it as a cover assy  for a 66 only

 My book was revised June 1969, you do know you've to drop the 70 off right. Page FE 416
