Unfortunately, Mom passed away Monday morning. Her BP dropped slowly Sunday night, with no chance of recovery, the decision was taken to discontinue life support.
We all had a conversation on Wednesday, to attempt to finalize plans on cremation, as we(siblings) assume this is what she wanted. As of last nite, none of my brothers & sisters located anything as pertaining to a Will or Trust. Mom’s Sister is certain there is a Trust, ‘somewhere’. It will eventually be found, more than likely when we empty out the house later this spring. It is a mess.
I tried to follow the science, but it was not there. I then followed the money, and that’s where I found the science.

Please accept my condolences too, I'm sorry to hear that.  Hoping that you manage to discover the whereabouts of the will or trust in amongst your mother's paperwork. Sadly I know it's a lot of work sorting out a parent's affairs after they pass away, even if they were well organised.  Drawers full of old invoices and bank statements…

I’m so very sorry for your loss. When the time comes, don’t just cancel credit cards, also cancel the credit card account. Her lawyer will also have a copy of a will. These days are hard, but it will get better. Keep your faith.

Thought of something else... Kind of keeping my eyes open for a Snap Coupler 2 or 3 bottom plow with spring trips (60 or 70 series).

was hoping and planning on getting a new enclosed trailer to use as both storage and being able to take more to the shows, ended up having to replace my dually late fall, guess I’ll have to wait another year or so🥲
