There are so many pictures that I did not post. The 10:oo auction that the WD was rattle can painted before my eyes, and guys were leaning on it oblivious to the orange they were wearing. Cedar logs were being run thru their own saw mill run by a steam tractor by belt running and sent to another belt driven cedar shake saw. The larger steam tractor was not there this year, it pulled a larger man gang plow . Believe the plow to be an 11 bottom with guys riding on the plow the entire time walking the deck raising and lowering each moldboard at the fields ends. I posted the high-crop for Richard. There were well over 50 hit and miss engines running anything imaginable.

Homesteading/gardening/farming is as hard or easy as you want to make it. My life has been a lot harder than my kids as I chose for it to be that way. They like an easier lifestyle than they had as kids. They both have acreage. Both are lousy gardeners, and my boy is the worst as his wife does ALL the gardening.
