I was wondering what a guy should pay for a WD45 with factory power steering. Everything works as it should. Good rims. Tires have about 1/2 tread all the way around. 3 bolt wide front end. Hydraulics work. Sheet metal is in fair shape. Good fenders. Older guy uses it to run a rotary mower. Slight leak in the manifold. Looking for some answers. Thanks in advance.

Sounds like you have a typical $1500 to $2000 tractor. The P/S is a BIG plus as far as I'm concerned though, so I'd go maybe up as much as $2250. 3 bolt means it's an early one but that doesn't mean anything. It's just that the 4 bolt front is stronger if you're going to use it with a loader. HTHs......

I concur with 2250 estimate given the tires are at 50%....2500 tops if you really really wanted it.
Under current market conditions, a complete factory power steering assembly seems to only add 4 to 500 dollars in value to the tractor. Separately though, the right guy may give you as much as 750 for one. At an auction last summer, there was a narrow front WD45 with factory PS, stem to stern resto on it with new rubber all around. Claimed to of had 7k invested in it, and it looked it. Sold for $4000.
