Today I was servicing the 6080 getting ready to clip pastures and the fan had a little play. About 1/8-3/16" at the end of the fan blade. At what point do you replace the water pump. We have one coming and I'm not going to run it. Just curious if there's some measure that you all go by. Thanks

I go by feel. When in doubt, change it out. You don't want the fan to take out the rad when it lets go.

If there is play the seal is probably leaking coolant to the bearing badly and neither the seal or the bearing will last long.

Working on my 7060 now due to the same issue. Look really close at the condition of your pulley while your in there. I had a tin pulley that looked really bad. Ordered a nice new cast one.
