     What size tire do you 45 diesel people recomend putting  on the rear? 14/ 9 or 16/9

i have 4 45 diesels with tire from 13.9-28 to 16.9-28.all firestone field and road.the 16.9,s are pretty well worn flat across the tread,great pulling tires in the 5000-6000 lb.class...
