Does anyone know what this part is?  I remember taking it off the left side (as sitting on tractor) floor board.  Can't remember how to put it back on or what it actually does. I might even have it put together wrong in this picture.  Any help would be appreciated.

Yep.  That is the securing bracket for the return hydraulic line.  You do have it put together wrong.  L shaped piece comes down against line on one side and the U piece butts against it with the line in the middle.  Also should be a rubber piece to prevent vibration wearing the line down.

That's what it is. Usually the rubber is brittle one falling apart and no good, so I just find a piece of rubber round tubing that fit's over the hydraulic pipe and cut it to fit, looks good and works like a charm.
