Google turned up a service manual or free at:http://www.michaelstractors.com/forum/upload/mikefox/PowerMaxRepairManual.pdf  It doesn't cover operation.

More google turned up a pricey operator's manual at: http://www.ssbtractor.com/tractor_manual_search.cgi?tractor_manual_make=Allis+Chalmers&tractor_manual_model=720

I see from the shop manual that the Allis 720 had at least three different Simplicity numbers. My google search did turn up a few potential on line sources but they seemed to require downloading an ap and that could easily be a virus so I didn't try them. My search phrase was Allis-Chalmers 720 mower tractor operators manual pdf

Ok thanks Gerald j. I printed out the service manual but it is only for my use in repair and maintenance. I get the originals to make a portfolio I on each tractor and mower I own. Now my next question has anybody got a manual for an Allis-Chalmers 720 or know somebody they may be able to get in touch with that could possibly have a manual that they'd be willing to sell or part with?

I've been looking for one also. Couldn't find one last year at Hutch. Ran across a 620 manual and wish I would have just bought it, but . . .

The Simplicity cross numbers in that shop manual may be easier to find providing you can identify which applies to your 720.

The AC 720 is the same as a Simplicity 9020. Those manuals are available on Simplicity's site. Use model number 1690283 in the search field. I know it is not the AC manual but it should have everything you need. This should be a direct link:
