Mag Test stand

   HI Guy's   Has anyone made a test stand to test Magnetos be for install them. Or dose on have plans from building one. Would like to have variable speed and 3 point for the spark and a Deg. wheel on it too. I seen one at the Allis Chalmers show in Hutch. Or if anyone knows were I could find some plans
