We're doing an overhaul on a 190xt ser1 . Got the engine torn down but noticed only one stamper mark on crank gear it lines up with cam with key at 12oclock but shouldn't there be one for the idler gear so we can get the pump in correctly?

not really. Pump is timed to the crank, and internal pump mark, so whatever happens between is not really important.

I see there is two sets of marks on the idler and a mark on the internal inj pump gear guess I'm. It sure why there is no mark to line up idler to crank so you can then line up pump gear to idler. Picture in the book I have shows 2 marks on crank. How do you get the pump timed to crank with no mark?

Damper pulley or flywheel marks is where an injection pump would be timed to. On some engines the inj pump gear has to be put in "in time" because the gear can't come out of the cover. On AC engines, the gear can come out, so it can be positioned where ever it's needed.
