My 6060 has a block heater but it looks aftermarket. Is there a way to tell if it is the AGCO unit? It is in the right rear corner of the left side of the tractor.

They do require a special block heater that is only available from AGCO. There are installation instructions that come with the heater.

They're fun to get in with that tube on, done one years ago, May have been easier to split the tractor
, but Tbran has a great idea as to use one from a 180 add a nipple and use a hose to pass the water across the back of the block to the oil filter housing

It does not have manifold heater. What size is the one for the right rear of block?

If you have the manifold heater, that should be more than enough to start the tractor in Alabama. It works for me up in Canada.
