I have a chance to buy a golf cart that the guy says he researched and that it is an AC golf cart. The only tag on it that
he can find is "Power Products, Austin, Texas" plus a serial number.
Is this an AC golf cart or not? I thought they were made out East.

Den, I have 2 AC golf carts and both of them have Allis Chalmers serial # Tags on them. Mine says Allis Chalmers Sports Product, Frankfort MI, then model & serial#. Hope this helps, Ken

Den, the Allis Chalmers golf carts were made in Frankford, Mi. mine has a tag on it that says Made by Allis Chalmers Outdoor Equipment, Frankford, Mi. I also have the AC Carry-All.
Both are for Sale.
