Selling my 170 tractor. Starts and runs good. Does not jump out of any gears. Asking 5000. Located in tiffin ohio 44883. Pm for more info.

Gas or Diesel? Side mount or front mount hydraulic pump? Does the trans jump out of gear?

Performance was about the same. The front pump design was probably a little cheaper to build because the front support became a weldment instead of a steering gearbox. At this change, a narrow front end was no longer available.
